Delta Concierge Expands to All SkyMiles Members

Delta has made its in-app Concierge digital assistant available to all SkyMiles Members, less than a year after its beta launch. Delta Concierge is now available to 100% of SkyMiles Members, marking a significant expansion less than a year after the digital assistant launched in beta. Built into the Delta app, the tool uses information including upcoming trips and account details to provide personalized support, answer questions and help customers manage common travel needs. Delta expanded access in phases and added capabilities based on customer feedback after the assistant supported thousands of interactions. One of its newest functions allows customers to cancel an eligible flight through a self-service process. Delta said the broader rollout is intended to give customers more control while keeping its employees central to customer care and assistance.
